
Studio Policies
Booking​
​
The minimum booking is one hour of studio time.
All sessions are by appointment only — we do not accept walk-ins.
While we may occasionally be able to accommodate same-day bookings, we recommend scheduling your session 2–3 days in advance to guarantee availability.
A deposit is required to secure your session time.

Arrival Time
​
Your session begins at the scheduled start time, not when you arrive. Please plan to arrive on time so you can get the most out of your session.
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time unless additional time is available and booked.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
​
Studio bookings are non-refundable.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we can provide credit toward a future session as long as notice is given at least 24 hours before your scheduled start time.
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for credit.
Deposits
​
Deposits go toward the total cost of your session and are required to reserve your time.
Deposits are non-refundable, but may be applied to a rescheduled session if proper notice is given.
Guests
​
Artists are welcome to bring guests, but please be respectful of the studio space and equipment.
Large groups may be limited depending on the session.
Studio Care
​
Costello Studios maintains a professional creative environment. Please treat all equipment and studio property with care.
Clients may be responsible for any damages caused during their session.
File Storage
​
Session files are kept for a limited time. Clients are encouraged to bring a hard drive or request their files at the end of their session.
Costello Studios is not responsible for long-term file storage.
Respect & Professional Environment
​
We strive to keep a positive, creative atmosphere for everyone working in the studio. Disruptive behavior may result in a session being ended without refund.
